Another solid qualifying session from the Map Embassy Supersport pair saw Glen and Paul qualify 3rd and 8th respectively at Croft today (Saturday 13th September).
The two riders were always in with a shout of a place on the front row as they seemed to be setting decent lap times with considerable ease. Glen had occupied top spot for a long period of time until Hudson Kennaugh pipped him to pole position with five minutes left to go and James Westmoreland, who is also hitting some form, managed to push Glen to 3rd.

Glen wasn’t too concerned after the session
“It’s all about consolidation and concentration at this point and as we have seen so many times before this year – anything can happen on race day”.

Paul, who himself had been showing great pace in both sessions, had crept up to 4th in the second outing before dropping to 8th. That still means a place on the second row where we have seen Paul do some damage from in the past.
It has all the makings of a great race.
