01.07.07 Weekend washout leaves Embassy in the lead

The weather played the most important role in the Superstock race at Knockhill this Sunday (1^st July) . As it began to pour on lap 4 riders and bikes went down in such numbers that it was red flagged.

With little improvement and delay after delay on other races the series organisers decided there was insufficient time to re-run the race so there was no result.

The upshot is that there is likely to be a double header at Donington in September, so that should be good.
